  但是煤价的高涨,让电力公司不愿再涉足火电。大唐以前每年投资1000多万千瓦,现在只是投资400-500万千瓦。

  “‘人努力、政策好、天帮忙’这三条中两条都不行,现在只剩下人努力。”刘顺达告诉《英才》记者,即使对政策上的掣肘暂且不提,老天也的确没有帮上忙。

  在水电投资加大的情况下,大唐集团的水电业绩却呈现下滑态势,2011年仅为4.46亿元,而2009、2010年分别为盈利23.4亿元和18.6亿元,更意想不到的是今年前四个月,水电业务亏损15.96亿元。
