　　国务院总理温家宝12日主持召开国务院常务会议，研究确定促进外贸稳定增长的政策措施。为支持发展对外贸易，会议讨论通过《关于促进外贸稳定增长的若干意见》，确定加快出口退税进度、扩大出口信用保险规模和覆盖面、提高贸易便利化水平、积极扩大进口等八项措施。
