　　昨日，中证指数有限公司在上海举办第六届指数与指数化投资论坛，来自境内外多家证券期货机构的嘉宾围绕“市场变革中的指数化投资”主题发表演讲。中证指数有限公司总经理马志刚表示，证券市场的变革与金融制度的创新将为指数和指数产品的创新发展提供更加有利的条件，研究中的指数期权和ETF期权等衍生产品也有望成为推动指数化投资发展的新动力(310328,基金吧)。

　　马志刚表示，目前中国内地的指数产品数量（包括指数基金和ETF）已达143只，资产规模约3568亿元，占到共同基金资产净值的15%，成为基金产品中的重要类别。2012年恰逢中国内地指数化投资发展十周年。十年间，指数化投资实现了跨越式发展。从2002年首批指数基金诞生，到2004年第一只ETF在上交所挂牌，中国内地指数化投资迈出了发展的第一步；2005年至2008年，指数产品平稳发展，经历了股市的跌宕起伏，指数化投资理念逐步被市场所接受；从2009年起，指数产品进入了加快发展时期，连续三年年度发行数量创新高，产品类别日益丰富；进入2012年来，指数产品继续保持快速发展势头。

　　马志刚指出，放眼未来几年，证券市场的变革与金融制度的创新将为指数和指数产品的创新发展提供更加有利的条件。融资融券、转融通、股指期货等为指数化投资拓展了新的空间；新型主题指数以及以量化策略和衍生工具为基础的策略指数为更多新型指数产品提供了基础；跨市场ETF、行业ETF、债券ETF，以及运用商品期货、股指期货等杠杆型产品正在成为今后指数产品创新的重要方向。
