“金管会”19日举行“发展具两岸特色的金融业务计划”说明会，多达500多位金融业者与会。对于业界提出的建议，“金管会”均正面回应。一旦放宽OECD条件、投资大陆限额，将有助台湾银行业拓展大陆市场。

　　“金管会”拟再大幅松绑两岸金融往来限制，包括放宽银行登陆须符合在OECD（经济合作暨发展组织）成员经营业务的条件，取消银行赴大陆投资不得逾净值上限15%等。

　　“金管会”银行局副局长邱淑贞表示，有关OECD条件，业者建议能否将在香港等其他地区经营业务也纳入，“金管会”正在检讨许可办法，相关建议会纳入。

　　银行业者表示，银行赴大陆投资15%的上限一旦取消，将有助银行到大陆参股或转投资金融相关事业，及投资设立分行、子行等据点。
