中国证券报记者7日从中国人民银行了解到，为加快喀什、霍尔果斯经济开发区的建设，进一步加大金融支持新疆跨越式发展的力度，日前中国人民银行和银监会、证监会、保监会联合发布《关于金融支持喀什霍尔果斯经济开发区建设的意见》。
