中国第十二届全国人大一次会议于3月5日开幕，温家宝总理代表本届政府作最后一次政府工作报告。温家宝指出，第十一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议以来的五年，我国银行、证券、保险业的抗风险能力和国际竞争力显著提升，为成功应对国际金融危机冲击奠定了坚实基础。
