涛贝勒府位于西城区柳荫街27号。这里原是康熙第十五子愉郡王王允嵎居住的愉王府，光绪二十八年(1902)，醇贤亲王奕譞的第七子载涛过继给钟郡王奕詥为嗣，承袭贝勒爵，迁居于愉王府，作为贝勒府，称涛贝勒府。一九二五年，美国公教司铎奥图尔博士受罗马教廷委托，长期租用前清朝涛贝勒府旧址筹办公教大学，此即后来的辅仁大学。一九二九年六月，辅仁大学为了培植自己的 涛贝勒府原貌良好基础，决定停办预科，改办三三制附属中学。高中部随大学部设在李广桥西街十号(今柳荫街二十七号)涛贝勒府。校名定为私立北平辅仁大学附属中学校男生部。原马圈及花园前空地建成辅仁大学主楼后涛贝勒府府邸改作原辅仁大学附中男生部校舍，1952年辅仁男中改为北京市第十三中学。
