14岁的中学生小林(化名)被老师罚站后摔倒，造成颅脑损伤及耳聋等症状。他起诉老师和学校索赔33万余元。记者昨天获悉，顺义法院已受理此案，学校和老师辩称小林摔倒很奇怪。
