　　记者从今天举行的上海市政府新闻发布会上获悉，上海将在年底前公布进城务工人员随迁子女在上海参加升学考试的方案，即“异地高考”方案。

　　上海市教委巡视员尹后庆介绍，国务院已发布《〈关于做好进城务工人员随迁子女接受义务教育后在当地参加升学考试工作意见〉的通知》，要求北京、上海等人口流入集中的地区要进一步摸清底数，掌握非本地户籍人口变动和随迁子女就学的情况，抓紧建立健全进城务工人员管理制度，制定出台有关随迁子女升学考试的方案。上海市将按照通知的要求，抓紧制定和出台进城务工人员管理制度，并在管理制度的基础之上，研究制定与进城务工人员管理制度相衔接的随迁子女在上海参加升学考试的方案。

　　据介绍，上海将统筹考虑随迁子女父母在上海合法稳定工作、合法稳定居住、缴纳社会保险等情况，综合确定随迁子女是否达到在上海参加中高考的条件。
