本报北京9月6日讯记者张维教育部部长袁贵仁在6日的新闻发布会上再次强调,严格禁止以奥数成绩等特长和收取费用等作为升学与入学的依据,要规范办学行为,落实免费就近入学政策。

袁贵仁坦陈,择校问题在大城市比较突出。最近在媒体上反映比较强烈的奥数与升学挂钩问题,其根本原因在于义务教育发展不均衡,优质教育资源不足。近年来为解决这一问题,教育部门已采取了加强薄弱学校改造、县域内教师校长合理流动、将优质高中生资源分布到区域内、推动质量化办学及扩大优质教育资源等多种措施,在一些地方取得了明显成效,但在有些地方尚没有根本好转。
