商报北京消息 中学生中午留校休息，每人每月收取8元钱，被称为“在校午休费”。这是河南省洛阳市第五十五中学新学期开学之后的一项“新政”。

　　该校校长助理徐韵春曾向媒体记者解释说，由于新学期留校午休的学生数量突然增加，每天看护学生的老师也增加到了十几个人，于是收取了午休费，全部用于补贴教师看护费和一些水电费。9月7日下午，洛阳第五十五中学校长徐龙表示，学校已经对此事作出了决定：1、责令南院校区全额退还所收321名学生的午休费用；2、学校继续做好学生午休看护工作；3、负责学校后勤工作的责任人停职。
