当前,我国大学生就业专业不对口现象相当普遍,已成为亟待解决的问题。由统计数据可知,先找份工作以后伺机向专业方向发展占40.17%,占主要部分;无所谓占28.08%,居其次。从数据可以得出结论:专业对口不是毕业生就业考虑的主要因素,当今社会大学生就业专业不对口现象相当普遍,作为在校大学生的我们也有所了解,大多数大学生选择毕业之后先找一份工作,之后伺机向专业方面发展,这种想法很符合当今大学生就业规律。现如今,面对沉重的就业压力,越来越多大学毕业生选择了企业需求的职业,专业不对口的现象非常严重。这一点在我们的随机参访中很好地体现出来,许多被调查对象纷纷表示专业对口对于目前的大学毕业生很困难。另外,我们实地采访的中科大研究生严欢同学表示,专业不对口现象对于大学毕业生来说相当普遍,对于研究生而言情况要好很多。

面对毕业后的选择,很大一部分人会选择继续深造,15.28%的人员直接就业,小部分人群或选择报考公务员,或自主创业,侧面反映了公务员这门行业的吃香以及自主创业对于刚毕业大学生的难度高的现状。极高的继续深造比例实际上反映了当前严峻的就业形势。曾几何时,被誉为“天之骄子”的大学生找工作时是皇帝的女儿不愁“嫁”,可如今这种优越感几尽消失,面对就业却皱起了眉头,大学生现在的就业状况不容乐观。

通过表1-4我们可以清楚地看到毕业生对第一份工作的薪酬要求:51.81%的人要求在2000~3000元,在1000~2000元之间的占24.09%,在3000元以上的占23.45%,只有极少人员要求在1000元以下,大部分毕业生对薪酬的要求还是比较实际的。

对近五年应聘大学生的数量趋势进行了统计,由表2-1可知:有63.60%的用人单位认为应聘大学生数量急剧上升,有36.90%的用人单位认为没有变化,只有13.00%的单位认为人数缓慢下降。从整体看近五年大学生应聘人数在上升,近几年岗位供不应求的现象越来越明显。通过对几位公务员和已毕业的大学生的了解,我们知晓就业形势不是我们想象的那么简单,市场的竞争日益激烈,刚毕业的大学生面临很大的就业压力,还未就业的大学生要积极做好准备,增强自身各方面素质及技能,并且做好多重准备,以避免走到“死胡同”的危险。同时,面对如此激烈的就业形势,现在的大学生要调整好心态,在大学期间,确立一个明确的目标,每天不断地更新自己,用书上的知识来武装自己,用社会实践来丰富自己。

表2-4(1)反映了应聘者对求职大学生的经验、专业成绩、计算机知识要求较高,分别占72.4%、31.8%、42.9%。大学生要想成功就业不仅要学好专业知识,还要丰富自己的经验和电脑方面等多媒体知识,才能在求职过程中脱颖而出。表2-4 (2)显示应聘者对以前招聘的大学生的满意程度不高,可见随着科学的发展以及国家政策的推广,企业对求职者的要求越来越高,而求职者却没有达到应有的预期。所以,大学生应该提升自身素质,达到招聘者的要求,才能在众多的应聘者中脱颖而出。

针对如何促进大学生更好就业的问题,我们对用人单位进行了实地采访并得出以下结论:接近70%的用人单位认为大学生应该适应就业市场选择自己的工作而不是让市场适应自己;还有超过50%的用人单位认为学生应该走进就业市场,了解用人需求而不是沉浸在学校中等待毕业后再去了解;建立大学生就业网络和完善就业市场等因素也是用人单位认为促进大学生更好就业的举措。大学生就业问题不仅仅在学校,大学生应该更早地接触社会,适应社会需求,此外就业服务机构也应更好地完善就业市场和就业网络,让大学生就业渠道多元化。
