五、倡议书 five/proposal

　　同学们：

The students:

　　这是一个求职大军遭遇失业恐惧的时代，是一个追逐挑战又渴望成功的时代。求职择业我们来说既是难得的机遇，又是严峻的挑战。因此，我们在就业时，应调整好心态，放低架子，虚心学习，要平衡眼高手低的心态，端正心态，从基础做起。在首次就业时，要有好的心理素质，不要期望太高，即使不如意，也可作为一次学习锻炼的机会。?

This is a job with the era of army fear of unemployment,Is a chase challenge and eager for success of the age.To apply for a job we both rare opportunities,And severe challenges.therefore,We in the employment,Should adjust good mentality,Lower shelf,learn,To balance the mentality of above,Regular mentality,Start from the basics.For the first time when in employment,To have a good psychological quality,Don't expect too much,Even if not equal to idea,Also can be used as a learning exercise opportunity.?

　　一、大学生毕业后不能仅仅有就业意识。因为市场对人才的需求会在一定程度上饱和，因此我们要树立创业意识、考研意识、考取公务员意识等，而不能把眼光仅仅限于就业上!
