　　我们在芜湖市各高校发放了1500份关于本科生就业观念的调查问卷和400招聘者招聘观念的问卷，同时我们分成小组前往合肥、马鞍山、池州和黄山，分别采访了选择不同就业方式的已毕业的大学生。综合以上的真实数据，结合实际情况，我们总结出，随着社会经济不断发展，经济体制改革不断深入，国家出台越来越多的政策帮助大学生就业，大学生的就业信息渠道越来越顺畅，本科毕业生的就业形势和就业观念也在不断地发生变化。

　　随着高校扩招的不断推广，大学毕业生的人数越来越多，高校毕业生的就业压力一直不减。但是，随着国家经济的不断发展，也有越来越多的职位需要本科毕业生。当然，本科生也要居安思危，在本科学习期间需要更多的注意自身的素质发展，提升自己的工作能力，为今后毕业后的工作做准备。虽然本科毕业生的就业形势不算太乐观，但是一个定位准确的高校本科毕业生在毕业后找到一份工作的愿望还是可以实现的。
