　　2012年，垂杨柳中心小学建校50周年。为了更好地传承和弘扬“包容、厚德、爱国、创新”的北京精神，我校借教育主题活动为契机、带领大家回顾学校50年的发展历程，宣传和展示50年来的办学成果，通过此次活动教育学生热爱学校、热爱朝阳、热爱北京。引导干部、教师进一步明确“立足于首都教育的高位发展、立足于学生的全面发展，全心全意为朝阳教育事业服务、为祖国的教育事业发展贡献自己的力量”为工作原则，以实际行动迎接党的“十八大”的胜利召开。

　　此次活动我们还呈现了，日常工作中的爱心传递活动。我校在日常的工作中一直在传承和弘扬“包容、厚德、爱国、创新”的北京精神，坚持开展“博爱在京城、博爱在朝阳”的募捐活动，我校根据上级精神、围绕健康促进学校全面发展，坚持“弘扬人道精神、凝聚人道力量、点亮生命希望、实现科学发展”的工作思路，以弘扬红十字精神为宗旨，开展募捐救助活动。对学生进行“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神教育，倡导“捐赠一分钱奉献一份爱”的活动，树立“积小善为大爱”的理念，让大家的爱心、真心、关心、诚心、信心进行传递、培养学生从小养成博爱胸怀、拥有健康身心的好习惯。
