　　那么有家长说，以上这些我都做到了，我那到底怎么教育孩子？教育孩子做这个、做那个，到底该培养他什么呢？学前是能力、习惯，小学是学习能力，初中阶段最重要的就是责任感的培养，到了高中就是使命感。把这个串起来就知道了，其实是很简单的。比如说我的一个小孩，他从小我就教给他学习能力。七岁以前给他种下了一个种子就是好人的种子，当一个人认识到自己要成为一个好人的时候，他就会朝着好人的路去走。到了小学阶段就是能力培养，学习能力。我认为在学习阶段，如果你没有养成，是要补的。我认为很重要的：听说读写。写作业怎么写？落笔就对。而不能让他随意的错了就擦。所以从小就告诉他，不要准备橡皮，落笔就要写对。小孩子很马虎，不是简单的马虎，他是眼睛聚焦不到位。我就从电脑上找生僻的字，每天找五个，我拿出一个，赶紧看，看好了告诉我，放下就写。我做两个记录，第一，时间，五个用了多少时间。第二，错误率。或者你可以叫做成功率，写对了几个。所以，落笔就对对于一个孩子而言是非常好的习惯。如果一个孩子在小学阶段这些学习的能力掌握住了，到了中学，你会很省心。小学阶段是学习能力，到了初中，就是责任感。因为初中的孩子，他太想长大成人了。满脑子瞧不起你，我有一天乐，哈哈的笑，我儿子就这样看我，妈，你的笑点也太低了。到了初中、高中阶段你根本引领不了他了。他觉得你傻乎乎的，这个阶段他太想长大成人，被接受。最重要的就是让他自己接受他有青春期的反应。我当时跟我先生说，我说一会儿再吃饭你得配合我。吃饭的时候我宣布，第一，我们家现在出现两个病人，第一，我病了，我到了更年期。第二，儿子病了，到了青春期。更年期和青春期要走到一块，这个家现在很够呛，现在就剩下一个好人了，就是我丈夫。我说你怎么办？先生说，我可太痛苦了，一个更年期，一个青春期。儿子这个时候需要你爸爸提你，你就赶紧意识到就改好了。于是我们很平稳的就过度了，只发生过一次冲突。到了高中阶段，培养生命感。你长大这一辈子你为什么事情去做，你为什么去奉献。你不要苛求他，什么都没有关系。因为我们老说父母这一辈子就是操心，不是说十八岁我们就管到十八岁，但其实根本就不是十八，十八岁是一个数字，什么时候我们可以感觉到我们真的可以放手了呢？有的二十岁了家长还不放心，他结婚、生了孩子你还不放心，什么原因呢？就是因为他的使命还没有出来，他没有担当起来。我儿子我感觉他的使命感出来是高三我们给他送出去了，高三在美国读的。有一次是全市高三的活动搞活动。他们的学习方式跟我们是不同的。五个人一组，叫商贸洽谈会，五个人一组代表一个国家、一个地区去谈判，看谁签的单多。下午的时候跟你签单的数量和大家的投票选出前十名，可以到大会前台陈述、受表彰。台湾作为一个地区，人家也算是一个，人家被提成第三名，人家上台陈述去了。他说他根本不了解我们，从网上找一个材料，说很多大陆不好的事情。我儿子就从后面走上去了，拿起麦克风开始质问这些代表台湾地区的孩子，他们也不了解，就给问懵了，他一看问懵了，他就转身对全体的人非常大声的说了一句话：台湾是中国的领土。他就下去了。他下去的这一路，美国的孩子都给他鼓掌。他也很兴奋，他说妈妈，第一次我是当着这么多人用英语去讲话。第二，我是长这么大第一次发表自己的政治主张。我通过这事发现，其实孩子的使命感已经开始爆发了。那个时候我才觉得踏实。所以，给孩子的教育很简单：小学前，你是一个好孩子；小学阶段，培养好习惯；到了初中，你是有责任感的；高中，你是有使命感的。我们刚才说的这些都是在做一件非常重要的事情。
