"低收入""群租""生活艰辛"，成为形容部分大学生毕业后生活状态的标签。而这些如蚂蚁般为生活艰难打拼的青年，也被称作"蚁族"，一度成为社会关注的焦点群体。近日，上海立信会计学院的朱丽莉等学生，调研参加工作5年以上的80后生存现状，希望真实还原这一群体的生活原貌。　　调查选取毕业后参加工作5年

　　以上的80后毕业生，发放了1000份问卷，回收有效问卷708份。其中男性占62%，年龄段在24岁以上的占71.4%，二本及以上本科学历占总人数79.1%。

　　问卷涉及居住情况、购车情况、工资收入、幸福指数等方面的内容。在被调查的"80后"中，工作5-8年的居多，占44.8%。51.7%的受访者工资在5000元-7000元之间，28.4%工资超过7000元；近八成受访者已购车（包括自己购买和单位配备），32.6%已购房，43.8%实现个人独立租房。

　　除问卷调查外，团队还对人才市场进行走访和调研后发现，刚毕业大学生在职场中心态较浮躁，工作状态不稳定，"闪辞"现象颇为严重，而毕业3年以上的大学生则比较理性，不轻易跳槽。
