　　在新的“回国潮”冲击之下，超过70%的中国留学生都选择回国就业。调查显示，中国海归回国后第一份工作的年薪普遍不高，其中36.5%起薪不足4万元，67.2%起薪不足6万元。有部分受访者表示，回国后找工作并不容易，想要进入世界500强企业、大型国企和科研机构的难度越来越大，自身对薪酬的要求也趋于理性。

　　在此次调查中，美国海归的起薪普遍较高，近50%的年薪都超过6万元，高于平均水平；拥有世界百强名校背景海归目前的平均年薪是20.9万元，高于普通院校12.6万元；外企海归目前的平均年薪为18.8万元，高于就职于私企的海归约7万元；男性海归的平均年收入也明显高于女性，两者差距9.2万元。

　　调查显示，47.5%的白领对目前工作的满意度比较高，只有6.6%存在明显不满意。影响工作满意度的一个重要原因就是工作压力的大小。在此次启德国际教育研究院的调查中，43.4%的海归认为工作压力较大，5.5%认为工作压力非常大，5.8%觉得压力较小，而认为完全没有压力的只有2.2%。
