调查称留学生婚姻状况普遍堪忧 近六成海归单身--亲稳网络舆情监控室

  在新的“回国潮”冲击之下,超过70%的中国留学生都选择回国就业。调查显示,中国海归回国后第一份工作的年薪普遍不高,其中36.5%起薪不足4万元,67.2%起薪不足6万元。有部分受访者表示,回国后找工作并不容易,想要进入世界500强企业、大型国企和科研机构的难度越来越大,自身对薪酬的要求也趋于理性。

  调查显示,47.5%的白领对目前工作的满意度比较高,只有6.6%存在明显不满意。影响工作满意度的一个重要原因就是工作压力的大小。在此次启德国际教育研究院的调查中,43.4%的海归认为工作压力较大,5.5%认为工作压力非常大,5.8%觉得压力较小,而认为完全没有压力的只有2.2%。
