甘肃启动中小学教师职称改革试点工作--亲稳舆论引导监测室

  为加强中小学教师队伍建设,全省中小学教师职称改革试点工作正式启动,兰州、酒泉两市成为此次改革的试点市。这是记者从10月23日上午省人力资源和社会保障厅、省教育厅召开的有关会议上获悉的。

  此次改革,旨在建立统一的中小学教师职称体系,并将最高职称等级设置到正高级,进一步拓宽了中小学教师的职业发展通道,使他们首次拥有了和教授、研究员一样的职业发展空间。此次改革试点工作内容有4项:一是健全制度体系。改革原中学和小学教师相互独立的职称(职务)制度体系,建立统一的中小学教师职务制度,增加正高级教师的评审。二是完善评价标准。注重师德素养,注重教育教学工作业绩,注重教育教学方法与艺术,注重教育教学一线实践经历。三是创新评价机制。建立以同行专家评审为基础的业内评价机制。完善评委会工作程序和评审规则,建立评审专家责任制。四是实现与事业单位岗位聘用制度的有效衔接。职称评审在核定的岗位结构比例内进行,不再进行岗位结构比例之外、与岗位聘用相脱离的资格评审。(记者 卢吉平 通讯员 张效林)
