本报济南10月25日讯近日,省物价局、省教育厅、省财政厅联合发布《关于贯彻实施国家发展改革委教育部财政部〈幼儿园收费管理暂行办法〉有关问题的通知》,对幼儿园收费标准做出明确规定,要求各级各类幼儿园要在幼儿园醒目位置张贴《幼儿园收费公示表》,公示幼儿园性质、收费项目、收费标准、收费依据、价格举报电话等相关内容。本通知自2012年9月1日起执行,有效期至2015年8月31日。

　　《通知》指出,幼儿园可按规定向幼儿家长收取保教费、住宿费。根据办园性质、经费来源等情况,实行不同的定价形式。有财政拨款的公办幼儿园实行政府定价,无财政拨款的其他公办幼儿园实行政府指导价,收费标准可在前类幼儿园收费标准基础上适当上浮。民办幼儿园保教费、住宿费标准由幼儿园根据办园成本、办园质量和教育部门批准的等级等情况合理确定,报当地物价、教育部门备案,并经物价部门收费公示审核后执行。

　　另外,幼儿园在完成正常保教任务外,经幼儿家长自愿选择,可为在园幼儿提供服务而收取伙食费和校车接送费。伙食费按月收取,按月结清,多退少补,幼儿园应于次月15日前向家长公布收支情况。新生入园时,幼儿园统一配置、一次性收取的由家长自愿选择的被褥及床单、被套等床上用品费用,按实际进价收取。
