本报讯（记者张国）研究孤独症（又称自闭症）的南开大学行为医学中心主任王崇颖副教授经常接待那些辗转找来的患者家属。他们的一大苦恼是不知把适龄孩子送到什么学校读书。今年，原来就读于深圳一所普通小学的一位孤独症儿童，被19名其他学生家长联名写信抵制。这名患儿表现出一些异常行为，而普通学校不懂如何处理。

　　王崇颖说，孤独症是一种由于神经系统失调导致的严重的广泛性发育障碍。孤独症的核心症状是严重的社交障碍，孤独症儿童在普通学校里会表现出攻击同学、课堂捣乱等行为，影响正常教学。我国目前缺乏适合孤独症儿童的学校，特别是对于其中高功能孤独症患者和阿斯伯格综合征患者来说，这些孩子智力水平较高，普通的特殊教育学校无法满足他们的需求。王崇颖说，最理想的是，他们能够进入普通学校接受融合教育，在专业师资的帮助下融入正常的学习环境，但普通学校不具备这种教师编制。

　　目前，部分有条件的家庭把孩子送到康复机构训练，但孩子不可能一直留在康复机构。2010年11月，国内一些孤独症患儿的家长曾联名呼吁政府“救救孩子”。这些家长指出，孩子14岁以后，康复机构就都不愿接收了。

　　王崇颖建议各级政府推动以孤独症等儿童流行病的调查，收集真实的数据，尽快建立健全孤独症儿童的社会保障体系，加大对孤独症儿童诊断、治疗和康复的资金及政策支持力度，争取将孤独症儿童纳入大病救助体系，建立孤独症治疗补助或减免等普惠型的财政优惠政策。此外，我国孤独症康复训练机构良莠不齐，急需尽快制定专业的行业标准。
