"国培计划"是为贯彻落实全国教育工作会议和教育规划纲要精神，教育部、财政部决定从2010年开始实施"中小学教师国家级培训计划"（简称"国培计划"）。人大附中从2010年起连续三年通过投标获得高中数学骨干教师研修项目承办权，在前两次的项目中，共培训全国十多个省市100多所学校的150名优秀教师，在教育部组织的项目绩效匿名评审中连续两年名列榜首。今年人大附中成功申请了高中数学、高中语文、高中通用技术三个学科骨干教师示范性培训项目。
