记者日前从厦门市正式对外发布的公务员招聘信息获悉，厦门市将首次以聘任制的形式，向海内外公开招考6名公务员。这标志着厦门市成为继漳州之后福建省第二个实行聘任制公务员的试点城市。 据了解，此次公开招考的6个公务员职位分别为：厦门市政园林局轨道交通建设高级职员1名、厦门市建设与管理局村镇建设高级职员1名、厦门市港口管理局港航管理高级职员1名、厦门市政府外事办高级翻译1名、厦门市公安局智能交通系统和交通控制高级职员各1名。本次公务员招考成功入职的公务员将通过聘任形式与用人单位签订1~5年的聘用合同，试用期为1~6个月。聘任制公务员将实行协议工资制，工资待遇将根据聘任职位、学历、职称、资历，综合考虑市场同类人员工资水平和厦门市公务员工资水平等因素，通过协商达成一致意见后确定，并按照有关规定参加各项社会保险和缴存住房公积金。
