本报讯（记者李佳）游乐场里的赛车游戏、电影大片中的虚拟怪物……这些，都是电脑“做”出来的；伴随电脑三维仿真技术的发展，科学家把越来越多“身临其境”的技术手段用于服务人类。记者昨日从武汉大学获悉，在刚刚结束的2012年亚洲仿真大会上，该校计算机仿真课题组袁志勇教授团队，凭借“虚拟手术”的物理建模仿真关键技术研究-三维组织动态变形仿真中的能量异步扩散模型，获得最佳论文奖。

　　袁志勇是武大计算机学院教授，从事的是跨学科研究。他曾赴美国匹兹堡大学医学院和工程学院电子与计算机工程系，作为访问学者研究“计算机虚拟外科手术仿真”及“医学图像处理与分析”等。

　　他介绍，上世纪80年代，美国建造了世界上第一个虚拟手术仿真系统，用于观察关节移植手术的过程与结果。如今，虚拟手术仿真技术已从实验室逐渐走向实际应用，但技术人员感到比较头痛的事是如何让一些模拟效果更逼近真实。

　　“虚拟手术是培训医生的一种新型手段。手术过程中一些组织器官变形、手术刀剪切的真实感、流血扩散、皮肤收缩、内窥镜手术实时冒烟仿真……这些都是一台‘真实’手术的组成要件。”袁志勇说，“除手术过程，我们团队还研究过‘虚拟针灸’过程，不仅模拟针灸插入皮肤、皮肤下陷一瞬间，还要将治疗过程中皮肤旋转的情景也搬上电脑。我们做的事就是为这些场景模拟打基础、做物理建模，就好比好莱坞大片里做3D效果的工程师，但我们做的事更复杂。大片里的怪物流血不值得你细想，而虚拟手术中的流血扩散可是手术进程中值得观察的重要表征。”
