新京报讯 （记者魏铭言）昨日，针对异地高考问题，来自北京、江西、江苏、河南、山东等8省份的13位律师联名致信上海市教育委员会、上海市公安局、上海市人力资源和社会保障局，建议放宽异地高考条件。
