中新网烟台12月18日电(李京兰 王娇妮)记者18日从烟台市教育局获悉，烟台市教育部门日前正式出台初中作业规范，以减轻学生作业负担。

　　《烟台市初中作业基本规范(试行)》规定，初中生每天书面家庭作业总量不超过1.5小时，节假日及寒暑假每天作业总量不超过2小时。学生作业分“必做”和“选做”两类，“必做”部分要教师全批全改；教师不得布置惩罚性作业，不得让家长代批代管作业(包括让学生互批作业)；提倡布置综合性、探究性、实践性作业。

　　“规范”还对教师批改学生作业提出了严格具体的要求：教师必须精心批改作业，遵循“有布置必有批改”的原则，“必做”部分要全批全改；批改作业要认真、规范；作业反馈要及时、有效；作业讲评要有针对性；结合使用等级制评价和鼓励性评语。
