民间公益组织深圳衡平机构1月10日向广东省教育厅提出建议，希望删除《广东省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准（2011年修订）》限制艾滋病感染者从事教师的条款，并建议逐条审查体检标准，严格限制体检标准的适用范围。

　　建议信指出，《广东省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准（征求意见稿）》中第十一条违反了《就业促进法》和《艾滋病防治条例》保护艾滋病毒感染者就业权的规定。同时该《（征求意见稿）》不具有合理性。能否胜任教师工作，只应当考察该具体岗位所实际需要的能力和条件。一个人是否感染第十一条列明的病毒或疾病，与其能否胜任某个具体的教师岗位之间并无必然联系，不应当因为某种疾病而被“一票否决”。一个人患病已属不幸，如果还因此就丧失教师资格，则更为不公。
