顾明远（著名教育家、中国教育学会名誉会长）： GuMingYuan(Famous educator/China education society honorary President):尊敬的各位嘉宾、各位专家、各位校长、媒体朋友们下午好！我非常高兴能够参加搜狐教育的年度盛典。今天的题目是“焦虑的教育”，首先我觉得我们的教育在这一年里取得了很大的成绩，特别是十八大召开，在“改善民生、社会建设”中将教育摆在第一位；习近平总书记在接待记者时，第一个问题就讲到老百姓最关心的子女教育问题。大家都在议论着很多问题，刚才主持人也举出了很多问题，这些问题是好还是坏？

　　我觉得有问题说明我们的教育在发展，发展当中出现了新矛盾。在我当初上学的年代，有几个人能上大学？有几个人能上中学？我家是贫困家庭，但我还能够上到中学，并且在解放以后考上大学，现在为什么出现那么多问题？现在有近30%学生都能上大学了，我们国家发展了、人民的生活水平提高了，所以出现了这么多问题。我认为，出现问题应该说是我们社会发展里的一件好事，因为我们的发展才出现矛盾，但也需要解决。

　　去年，我国财政性教育经费占GDP比例已达到4%，我觉得还应该增加，国际上的教育投入平均达到4.5%以上，说明我们去年争取到了4%，还要争取进一步增加。西部地区教育还是非常困难，和中部地区差距还是非常大，我们的经费还应该向西部地区、农村地区倾斜。

　　另外，我建议咱们国家还应该制定一个经费的投入法，不仅仅看重占GDP比例多少，而应该是人均经费多少：一个人、一个学生、一天学习经费应该达到多少，并且保证每年能够增加。大家应该呼吁将来改定教育经费的投入法。

　　要真正解决信心问题，从教育谈教育问题是说不清楚的，很多教育问题是社会矛盾的反映，所以全社会都要关注教育，全社会都要解放思想、改革创新，才能够破解教育难题。比如教育公平并不是教育本身的问题，还有社会竞争激烈在教育方面的反映，所以全社会应该都来关心。

　　从教育本身来讲是不是有责任？确实有责任，教育本身应该有所作为，而教育最大的作为就是办好每一所学校、教好每一位学生——对于教师来讲，还要加一句教好每堂课、教好每个学生。我们的教育观念需要转变，需要调动学生的积极性。

　　我经常讲的几句话：没有爱就没有教育，老师不是只爱漂亮的学生、聪明的学生，而是爱每一个学生；没有兴趣就没有学习，从小培养学生的兴趣爱好，不要光盯着考试的分数，要让孩子真正成为拔尖的人才、真正一生幸福，我觉得最关键的不是考试成绩，还是他们的人格。所以我们提倡培养健康的人格，教师有责任和家长沟通，怎么让学生成才？希望我们媒体也要发挥正能量，对教育的问题加以分析，不能把责任完全推到校长、教师身上，不要再炒作什么补习班、高数班、高考状元，我们媒体应该有这样的社会责任，要靠全社会共同努力，和中华民族的智慧来解决教育问题。谢谢大家！
