崔其升（中国"最受关注乡村教师"、山东杜郎口中学校长）： Cui the l(China"Rural teachers attracts the most attention"/Shandong Du Lang mouth high school principal):校长是指南针，我这两年一直致力于发动学生，学生如果不是在课堂当中是主人是主体，这个课哪怕是老师讲的再优秀，讲的再透彻，这节课都只能得零分。不发动学生组织学生，不唤醒学生，课堂老师主讲课堂为零分，十几年如一日坚持到现在。一旦学生上了路，学生尝到甜头，再反过来老师主讲课堂就没有市场了。这个学期退下来跟我是同学的李健一老师是教英语的，他是优秀老师，到河北支教过两年，他在课堂上占用时间讲得多，学生就站出来，老师请把表现的机会让给我们，你少讲你少出面，这个老师就让学生现场提建议，现场学生说不。不是这个方式不好，不是这种教学思路不对，还是某些人对这件事的理解和把握不到位。
