教育部希望探索建立健全教育、宣传、考核、监督与奖惩相结合的师德建设工作机制。许涛表示，教师站在道德的制高点，我们一定要纯洁教师队伍。他说，下一步，在教师队伍的考核方面，首要条件必须是师德。在师德问题上，一定要实现一票否决。
