　　谈及大家关注的房地产市场，李庆云认为，应该继续坚持房地产调控不动摇，促进房价的合理下降。李庆云指出，从中央来看，政策已经很明确，但这个政策还没有成为社会共识，城府的调控力度也有待加强，他认为，房地产现在的状况，可以说是中央和地方不同利益群体博弈的一个焦点。
