    当前经济形势错综复杂，在欧洲债务危机问题持续恶化、全球经济持续低迷的形势下，中国经济形势也在发生深刻的变化，经济下行压力越来越大，优化对外开放的结构和布局，鼓励企业“走出去”，更好地利用两种资源、两个市场，已经成为我国转变经济发展方式，实现经济持续发展的重要举措。在此背景下，近几年中国企业海外投资总额大幅增长，海外投资步伐明显加快，通过境外投资，我国企业在促进国民经济快速发展和产业结构的优化升级、密切我国与世界各国的交往当中发挥了积极的作用。但同时中国企业“走出去”过程中，也存在着种种的障碍，其中，融资难、金融服务不足等问题，已经成为制约企业“走出去”的瓶颈，我想借这个机会谈几个观点。
