    陈峰：今天高朋满座，我们那么多资深的国家部委的领导，还有国际的一些友人、专家、朋友，做了那么多精彩的演讲，使我们干企业的只有学习的份，实在讲不出什么更多的高深的道路和政策。作为一个企业的参加者，我想讲几点感受。这个会开得很成功，就会的本身，反映了中国企业国际化的水平，我跟经纬集团的经纬主席是老会友，每年开政协会的时候，我们俩坐在一起，虽然他的普通话讲得不是很标准，但是很有感染力，我们在开会的时候经常“开小会”。所以这次受他之邀，专门给他捧场，当然也是学习。我觉得这个会议由一个企业这么大手笔的办成一个国际化的投资年会，尽管我们中国人多了一点，但是我觉得初具国际化的水准，有气魄，也有影响力。今天的时代是资源共享，互利共赢的时代，大家知道，金融危机连绵到现在，全球人民都看不清楚这是怎么了，看似一个偶然的金融事件，推波助澜引发了全球的长期经济低迷。美国的主权债务危机，欧洲的债务危机，使人们发现这个繁荣背后被那么大的高额债务所支撑着，全球的经济低迷已成为大家的共识。在去年达沃斯年会上，当时的法国总统萨科齐大声疾呼，资本主义太贪婪，它的贪婪使全球为之付出代价，市场经济太自由，谁也没办法控制它。这带来了一个对今天时代的看法，我个人认为，今天的时代是一个时代的结束，200多年来，自从欧洲文艺复兴以后，欧洲国家思想解放，推崇科学，提倡科技文明，带来了第一次人类的转型，欧洲国家用他们科技的发展，船尖炮利，又用殖民主义实现了他们的原始积累。今天西方国家的繁荣背后，都有一本血泪账，而中国的千年文明完全不同，这两三百年来，全球的经济规则、政治规则都按这个体系运行下来，全球围绕着这个体制在走。而这种用消费刺激增长的发展观，使人类严重地透支地球资源，不断地把危机一波一波地由发达国家转移到发展中国家。但是，高消费、超前消费、负债消费总有一天维持不下去，今天来临了，在我看来，全球是千年大变局，根本不是人们想象那么简单。因此，全球的这种危机，带来了世界上北方国家和南方国家大的调整和变化，今天的世界是一个互利共赢、共同发展的世界。如果你很富，你的邻居全是穷人，这样能持续吗？比如说环境的问题，人类是遇到了环境的挑战，但是这个环境的污染是谁造成的？是发达国家先污染的，你发展了以后，你的天蓝了，你把污染推到发展中国家了，你现在说要治污染。换句话说，你穿皮鞋了，我光脚，这能行吗？我们也要发展，我们要过好日子。这就带来了一个问题，谁负责被污染的代价？新兴国家的崛起，是今天推动这个世界变化的重要力量，这是全球资源的重新分配，必须建立在互利共赢的基础上，这是今天世界经济格局的主渠道。

    中国企业在改革开放30年当中，从跟着人家学，拜人家当老师，不小心美国这个老师出乱子了，发现这个不能学，学也学不了。因此，中国在全球的变化中，中国的企业在学会跟国际打交道，学会自己的国际水平。中国有一句古话“三十年河东，三十年河西”，这三十年太了不得了，30年前来一个外资，来一个港澳同胞，我们非常高兴，把全家最好的东西给人家吃，让人家玩，让人家投资，那时候投资一个塑料厂、投资一个鞋厂，我们都很高兴了。今天再看全球的情况，如果没有中国的游客，那个国家就有问题。中国人旅游现在还不是真正的旅游，我看就是照相游和购物游，我们还处于那个阶段。但是我们毕竟是在成长，在发展。因此，今天中国的企业走到国际，是必然趋势，是三十年河东到三十年河西的转变。在这种大变局中，中国的企业只有把视野放到全球，把自己的发展放到全球，把自己发展的视野和合作方到全球的角度，这才是中国发展的必由之路。如果不实现资源的全球共享，中国的企业很难可持续发展。所以，中国企业要有所准备。尽管我们还在不断的准备中，但是靠中国人的智慧、勤奋，我想这种准备的完成为时不远。金融危机给中国企业带来了难得的机遇，我们这个公司成立时间不长，到明年刚好20年，我们前年成功的收购了澳大利亚一个著名的飞机租赁公司，去年年底我们又成功兼并了GE旗下的一家公司，花了十几亿美元，成为去年全球最大的兼并案第一。实践证明，中国的企业完全可以有力量、有能力运用国际的准则，实现这种兼并，用自己的企业文化和管理实现企业的发展。所以，我认为这是一个趋势。香港是中国的特区，香港是中西文化荟粹的地方，难得的一块宝地，这个宝地是在深厚的中华文化的基础上，背靠中华民族这个背景，背靠祖国大陆，成功地嫁接了西方的现代社会的管理规则，是个难得的中国企业走向国际化的平台。香港在中国未来走向国际、走向世界的进程中具有不可估量的作用。香港有非常好的现代服务业、人才和东西交通的平台，所以我想我们可以借助中国海外投资年会这个平台，在香港这个中西合璧的舞台，“走出去”的步伐走得更好、更快。根据预测2030年中国的GDP将超过美国，在人类发展指数上接近发达国家，中国的发展理念是王道的理念。什么是王道？自己发展，用自己的利益，带动别的国家。跟西方国家200多年发展理念是不同的，那是霸道的理念，我认为王道的理念就是大家共存于世界，这个新的时代要有商业的文明，我们应该用这个商业文明推动人类社会的发展。祝大会取得成功。
