许罗德:各位嘉宾,大家上午好!今天我和大家做这个交流,还有一些特别的情结,在座的各位基本上都有银联卡,所以大家都是我的合作伙伴,也是我的服务对象,所以今天的交流也是给大家的汇报。

首先关于企业“走出去”我有一个看法。我认为中国的企业“走出去”有四种形态,一种形态就是中国已经“走出去”的企业,他们已经具有了国际的影响,成为了世界的品牌,这一类的企业在中国还不太多。第二类就是正在走的企业,他们取得了一些阶段性的成果,已经迈出了一些“走出去”的步伐,做了一些收购、并购,在境外有一些投资存在。第三类是准备走的企业,做了很多的调研、准备,甚至把钱都准备好了,现在在看要投到哪里,这是一类企业。第四类是压根就没打算走出去的,他觉得中国的市场很好,就愿意留在中国。所以我觉得这个企业就分为这样四类。银联属于哪一类呢?我如果说得保守一点,就是第二类,正在走,如果说得冒进一点,我就是走出去了,大概银联是属于走出去和正在走的过程。这些年大家感受到银联卡好用了,不仅在中国大陆用得好,现在在东南亚、韩国、日本,甚至欧洲、非洲都用的非常好,银联的国际化已经到了一定的程度。确实媒体也有很多这样的报道。其实,银联的国际化是从香港开始的,2004年1月18日,香港实现了商户能够用银联卡买东西,银联卡也可以在ATM机上提现,那是8年前。8年来,银联卡已经实现在100多个国家可以使用,银联的品牌已经成为了全球第三大的银行卡品牌。回顾银联卡的发展过程,我有几个体会,这就是我今天的题目“银联的国际化把中国的成长带向世界”。

为什么这么讲,中国改革开放30年,带来了国力的强盛、居民的富裕,财富有了很大的积累,消费的能力得到很大的提升。他们要到国外旅行、购物,近几年这样的人数每年以上千万的数量在增长。银联做的事情就是把这个网络延伸到全球各地,给我们这些出境的人的消费、购物、旅游提供便利,把他的消费潜能激发出来。我记得两年前我到法国巴黎,到了法国老佛爷,它的墙上有非常大的银联的标识,我就陪我看商场的老佛爷的国际部的负责人,我说你这么慷慨的把银联的标识贴出来,而且一分钱不收我们的,你是怎么考虑的?他说中国大陆的游客来了之后,看到这个银联的标识,他特别兴奋,他购物的积极性马上就上来了,他买的东西就多了。所以我说,看起来银联是一个网络的延伸,实际上是把中国的成长,这几年迸发出来的消费的能力带到了全球。在香港,去年银联卡的购物超过了1000亿人民币,今年将要超过1200亿人民币。银联网络为全球做了一件好事,就是把中国的成长带到世界,这是我对银联国际化的第一点体会。

第二点体会,和为贵。今天陈峰先生讲了中国经商的理念,中国的商业文明和西方商业文明的差距是什么?西方的商业文明有一个很重要的理念就是“你死我活”。我觉得中国的文明一直有一个传统的理念,就是“和为贵”,我们共同发展,共享成长。大家用银行卡,可能还不太清楚,银行卡的产业链是很长的,我们有发卡机构、收单机构,还有像银联卡这样的转结清算组织,或者说是卡的支付机构,还有很多提供增值服务的第三方机构。如果在这个过程中你只考虑自己的利益,而不考虑别人的利益,你是很难做好的,也是很难做大的,大家是很难认同你的。银联一直坚持一个理念,我们在发展过程中,我们与全球130多个国家的当地机构进行友好的合作,互利共赢。我们现在和全球220多家机构在进行合作,我们和渣打、汇丰都是合作伙伴,这是把我们中国的商业文明、商业理念带向世界。

第三点体会,中国银联的国际化坚持本土化。本土化是银联国际化强大的基石,我们要实现国际化,没有本土化作为基础是不能实现的,本土化方面我们做了什么?银行成立到今天整整10年,这10年,我们把国内的市场做了巨大的努力,首先就是建设了一个遍布城乡的银联卡的受理网络,现在银联卡的受理网络,东部地区已经到了乡镇,西部地区也大部分到了乡镇。第二个就是我们和商业银行研发了几千种银行卡的产品,我们的发卡银行和银联联合,发行了银联这个品牌的产品几千种。甚至我们为农民工都量身定制了银行卡的服务。大家可能看过《天下无贼》,这个农民工去打工,钱带在身上被人家偷了。我们就和商业银行联合打造了银行卡服务,让他们通过银行卡,回到家乡可以拿到钱,银行卡的服务已经渗透到方方面面。在大陆,银行卡的消费,已经占到社会消费品零售总额的40%,央行刚刚发布的消息是47%。第三个是银联卡的品牌在大陆已经非常深入。大陆的居民,每个人都有几张银行卡,有借记卡、信用卡、金卡,甚至还有其他的银联的行业应用卡,这个品牌已经深入人心了。正因为我们本土做得好,我们才可能走得出去,我们本土的人才觉得拿着这张银联卡,感觉到是一张名片,是我们的自豪,他们在境外看到银联标识,就跟看到国旗一样,有一种自豪感,本土化是银联国际化的强大基石。

第四点体会,创新是银联国际化的未来。银行卡本身就是一个创新的结果,原来我们消费都是通过货币来消费,银行卡是对纸币的取代,它是一种创新的结果。现在随着信息技术的发展,必须有很多的创新融入进去,比如说现在的芯片卡,现在这个大陆都在实行芯片卡的迁移,在香港走得更快一点,在欧洲、东南亚走得更快一点,但是大陆近年也加快了这个步伐,我们在2015年以后,不再发行磁条卡,全部是芯片化。第二个创新,现在在支付方面的网络化,也就是网上支付、移动支付。所以我们银联提出来要打造网上银联,打造移动银联,实现网上、网下、移动立体式的支付,我们和香港、东南亚地区都在进行接轨,在香港也发行了这样的IC卡,在东南亚国家也发行了IC卡,实现了国际接轨,只有不断地创新,你的发展才能持续,如果是老一套,你即使走出去了,你还得回来。所以我觉得创新是国际化的未来。
