　　中国人民银行副行长潘功胜16日在谈到下一步金融改革内容时透露，相关部门即将发布的“十二五”金融改革规划中，将涉及利率市场化、汇率市场化、人民币国际化等诸多战略及战术层面变革；将涉及间接融资及直接融资等金融结构方面改革；在金融组织结构上，涉及微型金融组织的发展问题；在宏观审慎和微观金融监管方面，将涉及构建宏观审慎管理政策框架等问题。
