　　2012年7月，鉴于金融危机的深刻影响以及财务报告、审计报告使用者的广泛呼吁，并作为对美国公众公司会计监管委员会（PCAOB）、欧盟委员会（EC）等机构改进公司报告质量行动的积极回应，IAASB 发布了审计报告改革方案评论邀请，征询包括各国准则制定机构在内的相关各方的意见。中注协对此保持了密切关注，及时向行业公开征求意见，并定向征询部分会计师事务所意见。 （徐科）
