　　11月21日，财政部、监察部和审计署联合印发了《中央金融企业负责人职务消费管理暂行办法》，颁布了十二项禁令。办法规定，从12月1日起，中央金融企业负责人不得违反规定用公款进行高消费娱乐活动，不得用公款支付应由个人承担的住宅购置、住宅装修、物业管理费等。
