　　神湾镇有关负责人表示，该镇将依托村（居）委会在行政村建立金融服务站，通过建设信用户、信用村（居），传导惠农补贴政策信息，有效对接金融服务与农民需求，推动农村金融产品和金融服务模式创新，建立完善的农村信用体系和农村金融服务体系，实现金融服务全覆盖。

　　据介绍，神湾将分两阶段在镇内农业规模较大、金融服务相对不足的4个行政村建立金融服务站。到2013年初，以宥南村金融服务站为试点，开展农户基础信用信息采集和信用评级，建设信用户、信用村，初步构建农村信息体系。设置助农取款机，向农户提供便利金融服务，创新贷款担保方式，提高小额农户贷款规模；争取到2013年中，在宥南村、竹排村、外沙村、海港村4个行政村设立4家村（居）金融服务站，完成农户、农民基础信用信息采集，信用户、信用村建设全面推广，逐步构建完善的农村信用体系和农村金融服务体系。并逐步引进保险、证券、基金、小额贷款公司、融资性担保公司等金融机构和金融组织，提升农村金融服务层次和水平。
