　　昨日，中关村管委会出台了《关于支持瞪羚重点培育企业的若干金融支持措施》，加快培育一批具有成长潜力和发展前景的企业，引导各类金融机构为企业提供融资支持。

　　《措施》主要明确了瞪羚重点培育企业的标准，引导各类金融机构为企业提供融资支持，给予企业相应的贷款贴息、直接融资补贴、资信调查费用和保费补贴、融资租赁费用补贴、承接重大建设工程相关费息补贴等支持，对银行、担保、融资租赁、小额贷款机构为重点培育企业提供金融服务给予风险补贴支持。据悉，此次中关村管委会发布了896家瞪羚重点培育企业名单。

　　根据《措施》，瞪羚重点培育企业需要满足以下条件：纳入中关村国家自主创新示范区统计范围的高新技术企业，或者是企业信用状况良好，无不良征信记录。此外还要满足以下条件之一：纳入中关村示范区“瞪羚计划”企业名单，连续两年实现销售收入增长，并且复合增长率排名位于“瞪羚计划”同一收入级别企业的前200名；中关村信用促进会评定的四星级（含）以上企业；在新三板挂牌的企业；在境内外上市的企业。

　　《措施》对银行、担保、融资租赁、小额贷款机构为重点培育企业提供金融服务给予风险补贴支持也作出具体规定。每家担保机构、银行、融资租赁、小额贷款机构的年度补贴额最高分别为1000万元、500万元、500万元、300万元。同时积极推动银行、担保、保险、创投开展投保贷一体化的组合金融服务，建立市场化的风险分担机制。
