　　7日，温州市金融办正式发布“民间融资综合利率指数”(也称“温州指数”)。该指数旨在建立健全民间融资监测体系，做好民间融资动态跟踪和风险预警。监测显示，11月26日~30日，温州民间融资综合利率为月息1.78分。

　　作为温州金改一项重要任务，“温州指数”于今年4月开始规划编制。该指数初期以“利率价格”形式每周发布一次，今后将拓展指数内涵，实现实时发布。

　　目前，“温州指数”监测点约350个，涉及小额贷款公司、民间资本管理公司、民间借贷服务中心、实体企业、部分民间借贷委托监测点以及典当行等其他市场主体。每周收集监测样本近1000笔，均以当周实际发生业务为准。

　　监测结果显示，11月26日~30日，温州民间融资综合利率指数为21.43%（即平均月息1.78分），环比下降0.56百分点，其中，借贷服务中心、小贷公司、民间资本管理公司、社会直接融资的利率，平均月息分别为1.13分、1.72分、1.71分、1.34分。其他市场主体利率平均月息2.51分。
