山东省金融办主任李永健日前在齐鲁股权托管交易中心成立两周年的活动上表示，场外市场的发展状况决定该中心需要公司制架构，各方将进一步协商，尽快将公司制架构搭建起来，以促进中心更快发展，把齐鲁股交中心打造成管理科学、运作规范、功能健全、风险可控的在全国有重大影响力的区域股权交易中心。
