　　1月3日下午，上海裕丰融资租赁有限公司宣布成立。裕丰由上海市商务委员会批准成立，总部位于上海市普陀区，注册资金3000万美元，这是上海普陀区首家和唯一一家合资融资租赁公司。记者获悉，该公司股东为上海恒泰资产管理有限公司、香港裕利贸易有限公司、大连诚誉投资有限公司，所占股份分别为55%、30%、15%。
