　　昨日，记者从中国证券登记结算公司（简称“中国结算”）获悉，券商资管新规实施2个多月以来，截至2012年12月31日，中国结算TA系统已经新增证券公司类管理人7家，新增集合计划近99只，产品发行数量同比去年同期增长了370%左右。

　　据悉，自新规实施后，面对新规出台带来的变化，中国结算采取了一系列积极举措，为证券公司集合计划等财富管理产品提供了高效登记结算服务，主要有：增派人手，加强安全管理，完善风险预案，确保了十八大期间信息系统安全平稳运行，各项工作有序开展；根据新规有关变化，短时间内集中对《证券公司定向资产管理登记结算业务指南》、《证券公司集合资产管理登记结算业务指南》等相关业务规则进行了修订，方便了证券公司资产管理业务开立信用证券账户、专用证券账户，以及在专用证券账户与普通证券账户之间进行证券划转；对有关业务办理流程进行了简化，加强了业务、技术支持力量，加快了材料审核、协议签署、备付金账户开立、业务测试等各业务办理环节的响应速度，尽量做到随到随办，为近期集合计划的密集发行做了大量支持工作；加强对证券公司客户资产管理业务的各类服务和支持，对有关证券公司开展集合计划产品设计、系统建设、募集发行等方面的专业辅导。
