　　香港财经事务及库务局局长陈家强近日在接受媒体采访时强调，难以预期香港在今年出现资产泡沫爆破的机会有多少，但认为危机已经越来越大。

　　陈家强表示，香港的资产尤其是地产价格受到市场需求和利率因素主导，在低息环境及高流动性的推动下价格节节走高。他指出，当利息反转上升时资产价格便会下跌，目前香港政府正关注市场变化会否远超各方预期。他还表示，去年由于受到欧美经济表现未如市场预期般理想，香港的出口、金融等主要产业的表现也受到拖累，因此估计去年香港的经济增长率大约只有1%左右。他同时预期今年内地经济有望保持平稳，加上欧美经济持续复苏，香港今年的经济表现将会好于去年。

　　陈家强透露，目前香港与内地监管部门正在商讨“港股直通车”的实行细节，包括与内地基金互认工作、允许两地基金互相买卖等。他强调，“港股直通车”计划仍需深入研究，未必能在今年内出台，他个人不希望股市借此消息过度炒作。
