  本报讯 (记者马文婷)渣打银行昨天发布的中国房地产市场调查报告显示,中国房地产市场将持续复苏。接受调查的30家中国房地产开发商普遍预计今年中国房价将有10%的小幅上涨

  渣打于2012年12月至2013年1月期间,调查了位于武汉、西安、石家庄、成都、南京等二、三线城市的30家房地产开发企业。在这次调查中,有12家受访开发商表示将会增加建筑规模,25家开发商认为今年的建筑规模将大于2012年,其中8家认为规模增加幅度明显。开发商投资意愿也在逐步恢复,18家开发商有意向在未来3到6个月购入土地,这一比例为最近4次调查中最高。
