中国证监会副主席庄心一日前到中国上市公司协会调研时表示，上市公司协会要关注新情况、研究新问题，引导会员重视投资者关系管理，学会应对舆情危机和可能的集体诉讼，快速适应新形势的变化。

　　庄心一对中国上市公司协会工作提出八点建议。一是以调研为基础，广泛联系会员，不断增强协会的影响力和凝聚力；二是要虚实结合、大小结合、远近结合、政策面与实务面结合，尽力而为，量力而行，在条件允许的情况下，逐步积累工作成果；三是要继续开展好最佳实践活动，努力发掘实践中创造的、符合当前国情而又行之有效的典型案例，为提高我国公司治理水平提供宝贵经验；四是要关注新情况、研究新问题；五是要充分利用资源，在相关立法、修法，立规、修规方面发挥作用；六是要想办法缓解上市公司普遍面临的一些困难和困扰，研究提出具有现实可操作性的对策和建议；七是要及时反映上市公司的呼声与诉求，为监管部门适时调整监管政策提供依据；八是要积极探索和加强与监管部门的沟通联系，合作开展共同关心的课题研究。
