　　时下，不少中小学校长喜欢听恭维、奉承、褒扬的话，不愿意听不同意见和反对声音，从而导致学校召开的有关会议往往成了校长的“一言堂”、“独角戏”。会议上没有“杂音”，表面看上去很“和谐”。这种“和谐”的背后却可能蕴藏着种种不满甚至愤懑，不利于学校的发展。特别是在涉及教师切身利益的制度建设方面，校长如果不善于听取学校绝大多数教师的意见和建议，“一个人说了算”，容易挫伤广大教师的积极性，还可能使校长本人陷入“骑虎难下”的尴尬境地。
