大河网讯（记者 肖宏伟 通讯员 黄轩）2012年12月28日（周五）下午，潢川县弋阳办事处民办育苗小学发生一起教师体罚学生事件。该县教体局获悉后，高度重视，认真调查，12月31日作出严肃处理：一是责成育苗小学对体罚学生的聘任教师写出深刻检查，并予以辞退；二是责成学校校长写出检查，园长被免职；三是育苗小学及教师向被体罚幼儿及家长道歉，并给予慰问安抚；四是将此事件通报全县，并全面开展师德师风教育和检查，举一反三，严禁此类事件再度发生。目前，各项措施已落实，被体罚学生已正常生活学习。
