首先，感谢搜狐教育举办如此精彩的论坛。我演讲的主题是《中国教育改革的走向》。教育必须引领社会的发展，教育必须高于社会当下的需求。那么，教育该如何引领社会发展呢？教育必须培养出一大批最具创新能力的人才，创新能力人才不一定指科技研究性人才，也包括各行各业，哪怕做机械制造、服务行业、经济管理都一样，都需要有创新性，如果教育能培养一批创新性人才，才算成功。
