  方永飞:首先感谢张老师。我今天分享的这个主题叫管理新模式,讲管理或者学管理都不是一件容易的事情。这个管理是学不会的,我在浙江大学09年开始学应用管理学,有一个很大的感受,这个管理很难学,这个管理是需要感悟的,没有一颗美好的心去感悟管理,这个管理做不好,所以我们今天用45分钟的时间带大家一起感悟一下我们的管理改怎么做。

  我的印象很深刻,我的管理学导师,在当时我管理学毕业的时候,跟我们的学生讲了一句话,他说,“什么时候你们管理学毕业了,就是懂得用‘三个字’去回答所有管理学的问题,那你就毕业了。”我们都很尊敬他的,我们就问哪“三个字”,然后老师轻描淡写地说了三个字,他说:“很难说”。当你用很难说回答所有管理学的问题,你的管理学就毕业了。你说这个人走了好,还是留下好,这个很难说;你说这个人给他加工资好,还是减工资好,很难说;你说这两个部门分开好,还是合并好,这个也很难说;那我们就问老师了,我们究竟要怎么说呢?他说那也是很难说,管理需要有更多的事实,我这段时间非常喜欢一个人的三句话,这个人叫白岩松,第一句叫捍卫常识,第二句叫建设理性,第三句话叫追求信仰。或者我们做管理的或者我们推广管理的,很多在讲这个概念的时候要回归常识,什么是管理的常识,就是回归到管理的本来面貌,它是简单的,这才是核心的关键,很多人人为的把它做复杂了,这是就是现代管理的一个蛮大的考验和挑战。本来面貌是简单的,有些时候,我们说与人简单,自己简单,听着简单,有多少人做到了。

  我们拿一个诺贝尔奖获得者、奥曼教授一句话来给大家起始,他说现在的激励机制是有问题的,一切悲剧都从这里开始,公司如此,国家也是如此,社会如此,世界也是如此,无论是一个公司的架构还是一个国家的架构,重点还是在于激励机构的设计,激励机构的设计和指向,我觉得这一句话,是很多学管理、用管理的人需要去思索的,我们从哪里出发,所以我们要推动让员工有兴趣的在这里工作,我觉得这是一个关键,就像企业的文化建设一样,我们说不同的企业有不同的企业文化,我给阿里巴巴、淘宝上课非常多,今年基本上一半的课都是他们安排的,我有一个蛮大的感受,这是一个新生代、新文明的事物,但是你会发现包括搜狐、包括阿里,包括很多优秀企业的背后,都能看到沉重地很浓浓地企业文化的感觉在里面。就包括阿里的文化,阿里的文化归根到底就是一个字,就是“骚”,我们称之为“骚文化”。你不要说六脉神剑,到最后就一阳指,骚!你要够骚,你要有那种开放的心胸,你没有开放的心胸,骚味不足,你就可能晋升无门,这种骚就是感觉,我们一再强调做企业我们要做一家有感觉的企业,做一家有味道的企业,就想想那个菲林(音),做一家有味道的企业,这个有味道的企业应该是怎么样的,所以在阿里专门有“闻味官”,就是专门闻味道的,那个员工要晋升了,这个闻味官过来闻一下,一闻,骚味不足,就没得晋升了。
